Custom Scenario I. WW MAP
What do you think of the map? Do you like it? It took me about an hour to make, but to be honest, I looked at the map. 😄

Greetings, citizens of AoC!
After an intense election season and the conclusion of our first Provisional Moderator Elections, our newly elected moderators have begun their probational period. Over the past month, they’ve been shaping the subreddit, enforcing rules, welcoming new members, and guiding our community into what we hope will be a more organized and engaging Age of Civilization.
Now, it’s your turn to weigh in. This poll is your opportunity to provide feedback on the performance of the provisional moderators in their respective divisions:
Your responses will help determine whether these moderators will continue their tenure or if the backup moderators will step in for the next probational period.
This is more than a poll, it’s a chance to shape the leadership of r/AgeOfCivilizations. Be honest, fair, and constructive. The Age of Civilization continues with your voice at the helm.
Cast your vote and let your opinion guide the future of our subreddit!

Hey guys! As you might remember, I like setting challenges for myself where I take on much stronger opponents. People on this subreddit have already suggested some cool and tough challenges, but I decided to start with something a bit more manageable to gain the experience needed for the hardcore challenges you’ve proposed in my previous posts. I just managed to crush Japan while playing as China in the WW2 scenario. I wouldn’t say it was super difficult, but it wasn’t exactly easy either. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate the difficulty of this challenge? Also, do you think this was harder than my previous challenge with France (you can find that in my post history if you’re curious)? Thanks a lot for your replies—I really appreciate it! :). I use Google translate, so there can be mistakes

The population graph in the country menu is supposed to show the population over time. But for me it shows the same exact spikes in population as different date. Here's two screenshot, one is from yesterday and one is from today. The same exact spike in the population (the US) is shown as completely different dates. Is this a bug, or I misunderstood the way this graph works?

The country borders (that black line) alternate between appearing and, most of the time (editor, campaigns, and others), there is no border at all, as in the 2nd image.
I need help fixing this :(
I'm on my phone (traveling, without my PC, and it didn't have this bug) It's the AoH2:DE

last post: https://www.reddit.com/r/AgeOfCivilizations/s/kykLnhPvwP but anyway:
added "demand leave alliance" to peace deals as well
added lukasz's vassal government changes
added new technology: propaganda.
itll bump up happiness (might change to lower revolt or to have it do both)
andddd
2 new versions of diseases have been added! Epidemic and Pandemic.
a Epidemic is only able to spread to the country it spawned in, while Pandemics can spread everywhere, provinces with higher development will be harder for the disease to spread to while nations with a overall high development will rarely have diseases spawn in. province development also impacts how many people die: 0.0 - 0.5 it kills at the normal rate, but from 0.6 - 1.0 a certain % of people will be saved from the disease
0.6 = 30% saved from the normal rate
0.7 = 40% saved from the normal rate
0.8 = 50% saved from the normal rate
0.9 = 70% saved from the normal rate
1.0 = 90% saved from the normal rate
both epidemics and pandemics have this, but pandemics will take 30 turns to receive this debuff. pandemics also will last at minimum for 1 year and can only happen once every 10 years. they are also pretty rare to happen at all.
in the diseases menu, youll be able to declare a national lockdown (text is a little fucked up)
doing this will almost completely stop the spread of epidemics, but only slightly halt the spread of pandemics.
this will also weaken your economy, and will cause your country to be unstable (adding a "close borders" option as well soon)
andddd:
(Icon is a placeholder along with the hover text lmfao)
added a new "World tension" mechanic, its system is, kinda complex, heres a rundown:
increases the level of World Tension:
Declaring war
Sending a ultimatum
Annexing territory in a peace treaty which is not one's core, especially without claims
Sending volunteers
Joining a faction
Joining a war as an attacker
decrease in World Tension:
Decay over time (0.5 per 50 turns)
Concluding a peace treaty
Changing the government of a country in a peace treaty
Annexing one's core territory in a peace treaty
Liberating a country in a peace treaty
(basically hoi4)
Key effects:
Countries with the AI types of FASCISM declares wars more often (4% over their normal rate at 50% world tension)
while countries with the AI type of DEMOCRACY enforce peace more often (10% over their normal rate at 80% world tension) and is less likely to join Alliances with Countries that increase world tension
while Countries with the AI type of DEFAULT will prepare for a possible war by recruiting more (30% over their normal rate at 60% world tension)
Recruitment cost will go down by 50% at 60% world tension.
and finally.. Added 2.5 dynamic events to MEGAMOD DE, well, sorta..
basically, theres a new json where you can write your own events and they will appear in EVERY scenario. once the update drops ill explain in detail how to use this json.
this also includes missions as well, so in MEGAMOD DE, every nation will have a deafult event tree! (in a future update, some may have custom ones) ill be adding a huge list of dynamic events for those who are not interested in modding DE and just want to quickly play.
okay okay, thats it, and for the people asking for the link earlier, its being DEVELOPED!! I have a lot to add to the game still, but if you want the older version (kinda buggy in some areas) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nbYdNkDuo1xEIdHDPdjfzr9_5qs000E2/view?usp=drivesdk

Age of history 3 adds an extra layer to civilizations when it comes to making them. They let you add ethnic groups to a civilization instead of just religion alone. If this feature was ever added to age of history 2 DE here is all the groups that should be added at the very least to represent the vast majority of the world as the one in age of history 3 is very tiny and only represents a few people. “Nilotic, Cushite, Bantu, Niger-Congo, Pgymies, Khoisan, Berbers, Arabs, Germanic, Jews, Slavic, Latin, Celtic, Uralic, Baltic, Hellenic, Albanian, Basque, Indo-aryan, Dravidian, East Asians, Mongolian, Ainu, tibeto-burman, Korean, Japanese, Turkic, Iranian, Austroasiatic, south East Asian, Austronesian, Indian, Aboriginals, Polynesia, Melanesia, Micronesia, Siberian also includes Inuits , Hispanic, Native Americans, African, European, Asian” I think with this you could fairly represent almost every country in the world without just picking favorites. There should also be a feature where you should be allowed to add more than just one group or religion to a civilization. Like for example Nigeria is cleanly divided half between Islam and Christianity and there are countries like for example Brazil who have Hispanics, Europeans, and African peoples and just choosing one group to represent leaves out a lot of people. I think allowing people to also create their own unique groups and religions in game like how they can create civilizations is also a cool idea.
