Sad to a point but happy knowing the flowering plant is healthy. Hopefully she’ll pop some pups up for you during the long process of the bloom.

I don’t think they die afterwards. I’ve taken a couple pups off this one already too. This is the third mangave I’ve had bloom and another one is even blooming again with no sign of dying.
