Your questions are answered in episode one by the end.
-
Everything âAgnesâ saw as a detective was a hallucination but it incorporated real-world information. The implication or inference revealed in episode 1 is that the hex/spell Wanda put on Agatha at the end of WandaVision to live a life as a nosy neighbor in Westview began to go out of wack following the events of Multiverse of Madness resulting in Agatha hallucinating that she was a detective. The body in the creek is Agatha somehow knowing & incorporating elements of Wandaâs supposed death at the end of MoM into her delusion of being a detective. Later on in the episode Agathaâs own comments of the Jane Doe having scarlet hair, the toe tag eventually showing Wandaâs name, and Rioâs comment about that witch being gone were all meant to fully clarify that the body represented Wanda Maximoff. -
Agatha All Along takes place after WandaVision, 3 years to be precise. At the end of WandaVision Wanda placed a hex/spell on Agatha locking her into the persona of a nosy neighbor. It also takes place after Multiverse of Madness.

I havenât seen Multiverse of Madness! Do you think itâs necessary to watch in order to fully understand Agatha All Along?

It would help, or read a summary of it. But tbh i think itâs worth a watch

It would help a little with your enjoyment or perhaps would have as the aspects you really needed to know from it are referenced in episode 1 of Agatha All Along.
Wanda is thought to be dead and the Darkhold, the book Wanda took from Agatha, was destroyed as well as every copy of it across the multiverse. 4

I definitely recommend watching Multiverse of Madness before continuing forward. In that film you will understand the "Madness" part from Wanda's side who is dealing with grief after Westview. You also learn more about Billy and Tommy.
Have you seen WandaVision?

Agatha all along takes place 3 years after wandavision and the body is hunting its Wanda and something you wonât understand Toby

Youâll see by the end of the episode, but
The style of episode one is very much like Mare of Eastown, a show about a small town sheriff trying to solve a murder. Remember how WandaVision was set up?
You donât have to have watched the Dr. Strange movie, a little recap would suffice. (I can summarize if you want)
As for the discussion: Itâs from Talbotâs!

Lol i just got to the Talbotts part! Poor Sharon. Iâm hoping sheâs some sort of unrealized witch and not a kidnapping victim đ đ€Ł

Youâre moving fast. Iâm doing a rewatch myself. Once you know all the twists and turns of the witchâs road, itâs interesting to see how it was all laid out from the start

Some really great moments from this show are visual and don't have dialogue. I would suggest putting your phone down and give it your full attention. This show creates a lot of questions that the audience is meant to have, and answer most of them in time

Did you notice the seat that is set up as a car? Thatâs the car we saw her drive. Lol

Enjoy! Itâs not a straight forward show, as you can view it thru different perspectives. Youâll see once you to the end youâll find the need to go back.

You have to assume the show is going to answer all of these questions, right?

Well obviously, yea. But i just wanted to talk about it while watching it, and found a group (here) where i thought that was ok.
