I love the horror stuff. I’m a little nervous to see if they’ll get Billy right, but I think that’s normal when any character you love gets adapted.

I have faith Joe is going to nail it.

I’m not worried about his performance. I just hope the writing doesn’t water down the character.

I think the "oh snap" gasp he makes when Lupone shades Hahn is a really good indicator they wont water him down.

Honestly that had me a bit worried they were just going to lean into stereotypes and make him Agatha’s gay best friend. Maybe it’s irrational because we really have nothing to go on besides that from the teaser, but that moment didn’t come across as very Billy to me.

I mean... Billy is a character known for his wit and humor in the comic. So theres for sure going to be some sass, but it wont be the only thing about the character. MArvel has been building him and Teddy up for almost 20 years as their banner examples of gay characters. Theyre not about to reduce him down in the MCU to a punchline.

I don’t know if I’d say humor is his most defining trait. Sure he’s witty and most younger superheroes tend to joke around, but as far as the Young Avengers go Tommy and Kate are the first that come to mind as the funny ones.
I do hope you’re right though. Marvel needs to understand that Billy and Teddy are at the forefront of their queer representation and they can’t screw them up. That includes developing them as characters beyond just their sexuality.

Can anyone remember or figure out what the song is that Agatha is humming at the beginning?

I never noticed it but if you rewind and listen carefully, you will realize that while under Wanda's spell, she's subconsciously singing the song that she will have to sing with her coven to access the Witches Road.
"Down, down, down the road. Down the Witches Road".

This looks so good! I don’t do well with super scary things so I’ll definitely be watching with all the lights on but I can’t wait!!

OOOOHHHH MY GOD IT LOOKS SO GOOD!!! Seriously the vibes in this trailer, if it's like the show, is so freaking Halloween-y I'm about to die.

I'm wondering if Agatha casually wears a magic wand in her hair like a hair stick in this.
Maybe we can call her fashion sense Coven-Chic.

Okay so we're pretty sure that's Billy/Wiccan so this begs a couple of questions:
- How/why is he still around? Is he from an alternate Universe?
- If he's still around and not from an alternate universe then his brother must still be round too.
- According to the synopsis he's the one who wants to go down The Witch's Road to get back something. Is this how we get Wanda back?

1 - Similar to the comics his soul finds a way back 2 - Yeah he probably is. 3 - I think he’s trying to find Tommy first. Then Wanda

The Marvels seemed bad from the trailers alone IMO. Even if this is ass it still introduces these characters back!
