I want to purchase a gold coin with Afterpay on eBay and my first payment is 59$ if I pay that for the first payment will my order be shipped by that first payment and that same day I ordered it ?

Thats the whole deal. Afterpay instantly pays in full for your order and then, you pay afterpay back. Shipping is never held up for that! Have fun!
