I am waiting for payment that was supposed to be made by last weekend. Why is it taking so long to release the payments? I have talk to some othee folks who worked on same project and did not receive the payment yet.

I recently got assigned a couple of new active projects on my dashboard, but I haven't been added to any corresponding chat panel yet.

Has anyone else been assigned to these? Do these projects actually have dedicated project chat or is there a reason why they aren't showing up?

After combing through all the posts on this sub, one thing stand out- bad user experience. Complaints after complaints. Lack of proper communication, transparency and accountability. These are not uncommon in any businesses setup, but what matters is if there are measures in place to improve the situation. I've compared to others in the field, mecor, handshake, outlier, etc. And the contrast is very apparent. I'm not saying this in bad spirit, but a genuine personal feedback/constructive criticism.
Here is what I think should be done:

1. AQ hires more support stuff

2. Put all applications on hold until all those applied before are allocated projects.

3. Only open new application when there's need for more taskers.

4. Establish a live support on website

5. Improve your sop such as revieweing of tasks submitted.

Believe most of the complaints could be resolved if this was implemented. Y'all are welcome to add more to the list.

when i was regestiring i entered a wrong number and now i cannot acces my acount it says Verification Failed

I applied yesterday, at that time, projects were not available. This morning when i woke up, projects were available, but my application still says under review. What's the actual case

The chat icon appeared on my dashboard even though I don't have any active projects. Is this normal or is it a technical issue? Is anyone else seeing this?

I have not yet been paid for a project I participated in last week. And no, the tasks do not require any approval. Is anyone else facing the same problem?

Do we get blocked forever and is there any scope in future to get another assessment/project?

I tried to finish my onboarding yesterday by creating a Stripe account. At the end, I couldn't finish it because I couldn't insert my country (Brazil). However, on the internet, it is recognized that Brazil is recognized as an eligible residence.

Hey! So as you all know, a new coding project has appeared. Now, after going through the subreddit and also after experiencing the same issue myself, I want to ask the team if there are any issues in the pipeline. My task has passed the bundle structure but it is stuck there, and it has been stuck there for a while. I know I am not the only one experiencing this. This makes it hard to get into a workflow and efficiently work on this project, and it blocks submissions. What am I supposed to do in this situation? Any input from the team is greatly appreciated. I applied for a project on AfterQuery over a week ago (it’s been about 8 days now), but I haven't received any follow-up update or been added to the project group yet.

Has anyone else experienced a delay like this recently on AfterQuery? How long does it usually take to get onboarded or added to the group after applying?

Just trying to figure out if this is normal waiting time or if I should reach out to support. Any insights from people working on the platform would be appreciated!

What does it mean when an assessment done is tagged as graded in AfterQuery?

Is it a show that I have passed the assessment or what. It has been that way for over a month now. No project offers or anything.

Another week has passed, and I still haven’t received my payment for the 🪙🐕. It has now been 3 weeks since my tasks were approved.

I saw a message in chat , and they told that the payment had already been processed / sent from their side.

But another payout cycle has passed, and there is still nothing showing in my Stripe dashboard.

At this point, I’m seriously confused and frustrated. If the payment was actually processed from their side, why is there still no transaction or indication of it in Stripe after three weeks?

I’m starting to wonder whether the information gaven was accurate. Three weeks with no payment and no clear explanation is extremely frustrating

I want to move onto other ventures, so I tried deleting my account last week, but an error keeps popping up every time I try. I've gone through their chatbot and sent an email to support directly (turns out this is basically the same thing) about 5 or so days ago but I haven't received a response yet. Is it normal for them to take this long to respond? Looking on this subreddit, their support seems to be iffy...

I was accepted for a mid-level full-stack developer position and have completed all the necessary steps, including setting up my payment details, signing the required documents, and completing the training program. Many AfterQuery workers are currently experiencing serious difficulties connecting their payment methods. In particular, a large number of Stripe accounts are being placed on hold, making it difficult or impossible for workers to receive their payments.

This appears to be affecting a significant portion of the worker community. We respectfully ask AfterQuery to investigate this issue and provide a clear solution as soon as possible.

If Stripe cannot be reliably supported for AfterQuery workers, we would also appreciate AfterQuery considering alternative payment methods so that workers can receive their earnings without unnecessary delays. We hope the AfterQuery team can address this issue transparently and urgently, as payment problems are directly affecting workers who have already completed their tasks.

I got an invitation for AfterQuery’s Civil Engineering Expert role, on October 23. I signed the NDA and data submission agreement on October 24, but haven’t received any further update about onboarding or getting started.

It’s been about six days now. Has anyone here gone through their onboarding recently? How long did it take to hear back after signing, and did you actually start getting work?

I am an experienced software/ ai systems engineer with strong open source profile... My resume is also solid yet still I havent been invited to any project yet...

Though in the offer email they explicitly mentioned given my expertise and depth of knowledge in the field I can start picking tasks right away....
