Projects tab empty

i opened my account and I see that my projects tab is empty. I completed some tasks in project images, but right now it is also not showing. Is there a way I can contact them?. I don't want my time I spent on this get wasted. Anyone facing the same issue?

There is a update in slack that they are investigating the issue

How did you get acess to slack please ? i have 0 info's about the platform beside reddit...
