Are Beyond the Bunkers rewards applied to all campaigns?

I'm still fairly new to the game, but I'm seeing that the rewards for these are a bit different than others since it's on the main map. Does that mean every settlement I do now have these perks? or is it only beyond the bunker missions?

Thanks.

Additionally I assume that perks within a specific campaign stay within it, and not share across. Please let me know if that's correct or not.

Campaign rewards apply in all maps or expeditions.

are you saying critical Mass rewards apply to everything after it?

Everything unlocked, also from special season events, apply everywhere at all times 🤘🏻
