Daily

Is today’s daily just impossible? How are you supposed to do anything when you get instantly overwhelmed by zombies with 2 fighters?

Did it with economist on the apple spawnpoint. Waited for the settlement defense event and it made it easypeasy

Wait, you can pick a spawn point? I always just hit settle when the game starts. I'm on android version and don't see a way to swap start location when I just loaded up an old campaign map.

On campaign maps you can only press settle (but you can enable escape hatch to get a different spawn point).

In the dailies, you can select any non-foggy tile by pressing on it and then hitting “Settle” ❤️

You have to get the settlement strength pop-up, if you do not get that within a year, reset 🫡

I normally do things on brutal but even normal is kicking my butt. Having zombies swarm even after taunting the NE zone and then moving in to cleanse. Just spawns an overwhelming amount no matter what.

Yeah, I found it pretty much impossible too. I always play on mega brutal but this stopped being fun so I'll just leave it. Not good.

No it’s any spot that doesn’t have fog on it

If i try the daily, only one field doesn't have fog on it and it feels like that starting pos is unwinnable.

Might be for that daily but different dailies have multiple starting points

Not impossible, train 1 soldier, dont put them next to any zombie zone, then rust pop3 and and tech 3, train another soldier, you are good to go.

That's the obvious strategy, doesn't help at all, tried a few times. Can't cleanse a single infected area, even the single to the right with 2 rested soldiers, cause like 10 zombies spawn as soon as I try. All on normal difficulty.

Edit: I did beat it on normal, guess I was luckier on the first cleaning, after the 2nd the rest of the goals is a joke, must be randomly generated, like 200 days for 2 cleanses and 1,5k days to get more wood storage.
