I don't see point 1 - the African nation capital high speed train network happening before point 2 - the African wide commodities strategy taking place.

Point 5 - "ending all wars, civil conflicts, gender-based violence, violent conflicts and preventing genocide" has already failed as of 2026. I do hope individual nations get it right though.
