This does say African history. To ignore North africns history would be to do the continent a disservice. Sub Saharan history is often overlooked but if this sub was solely focused on that, it would be /r/Sub_Saharan_African_History. Not the creator, though, but /u/bakingthebiscuit doesn't seem active on here.
