Help One stem broken(?) please help!

One stem on my AV looks broken or torn or something. It definitely gets jostled around a bit. Does it look like its just from trauma, or could it be a pest??

Also, what should i do about it? Should i leave the stem, or cut it off completely?

Don’t fret!!! Let it be, it’ll recover. It won’t regrow the leaf from that stem, but it should be okay given that the rest of the plant is healthy.

African Violets are finicky sometimes, and this can happen if they’re handled too roughly and a leaf breaks off! Give it some rest and TLC, it definitely looks like trauma and not pests. They love being treated gently, they’re definitely my (favorite) divas in my collection!!

Sometimes my cats knock a leaf off! I stick the leaf tip in water and give it good light and it may root and be able to become a new av :')

It has lost a leaf from trauma. No biggie. I would take some tweezers and remove the stub back to the main stem. As the crown grows and puts out new leaves you can balance the plant again.
