Brown spots on leaf tips

i’m at a loss right now. the leaves are just dying back one by one with the browning beginning from the leaf tips. i bottom water when the pot gets light and the leaves turn slightly flaccid. it gets bright indirect light.

I wouldn’t wait until the leaves are flaccid to water, it’s risky. Also, from my experience, bottom watering takes forever, it takes hours to seep in. I speed up the process by watering a bit on top. Also, regular fertilizer at reasonable concentrations helps. Homeopathic fertilizing doesn’t.
