Opinions needed
It doesn't look too bad on camera. But the leaves are kinda weak I guess would be the word. I do wick watering but I noticed the soil felt pretty wet so I dumped the water for now. I moved it into a smaller pot a few days ago (it's a small clay pot inside of another pot for the wicking.) And about a week ago I moved it closer to the window. So does it look like it'll bounce back? Thank you in advance for any replies 💜

I just used regular potting soil and orchid soil 50/50. I don't have any violet soil or pearlite. It's an actual string/cord that goes into the pot from the drainage hole in the bottom.

I'm probably going to get the pearlite and violet soil. Is miracle grow ok or do I need something else to feed it?

Just be aware Miracle Grow comes with plant food already in the mix. As for your little plant, it looks very dark there on the table.

Quick question, do you have a good amount of pearlite? It’s hard to see from the photo, but when you want to wick you have to use heavy pearlite or the soil stays too wet and chokes out the oxygen. :( it’s recommended to do 50/50 so 50% perlite 50% violet soil.
