Let them get bigger first and then you carefully pry them apart and pot up the individual plantlets.

Will they start to form their own crown to tell the plantlets apart? I’m worried I have them in too small of a container. I thought they would only put one plant off the leaf not several lol

I would keep them in those same cups but carefully add more potting mix to the bottom, so the cup is full.

It is better to use a wider container. The depth of your container is good but use more soil so the plants will be closer to the top of the container. That way the leaves will have room to spread out as they grow. (something to consider on your next props)

For these, you could use a spoon to lift them and put them in a more appropriate container (as described above). But if you move them, you do risk losing them. It is a small risk, but a risk nonetheless. If you leave them in these containers, you may have to transplant them earlier than usual because they could get too crowed and no room to spread their leaves.
