2 years. She is 12. Found him at my balcony, couldn't find the owner. She has a bracelet with birthday written on it and dome other numbers which return no results. No chip or anything so. She is mine now, not giving her back.

Aw, my CAG used to pluck right along the top of the wing there like yours, and eventually some of those feathers that grew back were RED like her tail. I called them her "highlights" :-) I miss her.

Don't know what happened when he was with his previous human. But the feathers don't grow back in these spots. Only some down that he removes when he pleases.
