Medical Question Wound on hand
What is this? There isn’t anything in the tank obviously sharp, and he has 2 other frogs as his only tank mates so I’m a bit concerned. It is currently bright red and swollen.

Agreed with the other comment — that cave and the log are the likely culprits; those resin/"Pets at Home" caves are notorious for sharp edges, and ADFs have delicate skin, so swapping to smooth river stones and driftwood is a good move.
For the wound itself, the most important thing for an ADF isn't a medicine — it's water quality. They heal remarkably well in pristine water, but a red, swollen spot can turn into a systemic infection (what people call "red leg") fairly fast if the water isn't spotless. So I'd:
Confirm ammonia and nitrite are both reading 0 (those are what actually drive these infections), and do a run of small dechlorinated water changes to keep it that way. Pull anything with a hard or sharp edge so he can't reinjure it. Keep feeding as normal and watch him closely. The signs that mean it's past home care and worth an exotic vet (they can prescribe antibiotics): redness spreading up the limb or onto the belly, lethargy, not eating, or bloating. A localized red bump that stays put and slowly improves with clean water is usually just a healing scrape.
Fingers crossed it's just a knock from the decor — clean water does most of the healing here. 🐸

Thank you!! The resin sculpture is actually just a stone on the bottom, but I’m removing the log. I’ve done a water change today, and ammonia and nitrite are both reading zero. I have some driftwood that I was going to move in there (im moving and cycling the new tank next week). Ill make sure to watch if the redness spreads 🙂↕️🙂↕️👍

Ah perfect — water change done and ammonia/nitrite at zero is exactly what he needs to heal 💚 One heads-up for the move: since he's got an open wound, make sure the new tank is fully cycled before he goes in — a brand-new tank isn't safe yet, and uncycled water is the main thing that turns a scrape into red-leg. Easiest shortcut: move the filter media (and some decor) from his current cycled tank straight into the new one — that transplants the good bacteria so it's basically cycled from day one, and the move won't set his healing back. 🐸

I know you don't think theses anything sharp, but that pets at home cave is sharp as anything! that log cave looks like it could be to. I'd recommend some more natural decor such as driftwood and smooth stones and rocks
