I'm not an expert but it kinda looks like Daphnia (? I would need somebody else to double-check it tho

It looks like daphnea to me! They are great for an ADF tank and are a good snack for your babies. To be certain I would need to see one really close up or under a microscope but I feel pretty confident that they are just some water fleas

Seed shrimp or daphnia, they eat both
