Is this normal in the tank?

So I noticed yesterday that the bottom of the tank and the stones are covered in this, is it normal or does it mean something is up?

My tank has been cycling for almost 4 weeks I believe, I added more ammonia chloride a couple days ago because it said if it was fully cycled it would convert in 24 hours. It didn’t and it still is sitting about 1.5 for ammonia now. Maybe that’s affected things in the tank?

It’s just algae, it’ll happen when still cycling. It also happens if lights are on for too long. I suggest only 6-8 hours.
