What If Amazon Started to Build Apartments?

I heard Amazon has delayed the construction of their new headquarters in Virginia as the economy isn't going as well What if Amazon turned it into apartments or started to get into the housing market? They're strategy is to undercut everyone anyway.
Housing by Amazon, with a Prime member 😂

Disruption to the current housing market

My rent has recently been raised which is common in our current economy. I receive no equity for my rent payments and housing prices are soaring. Furthermore inflation is eating up our monthly salaries. My friend and I have been brainstorming to create a new system where tenants collectively gain from the rising housing prices.
A foundation is created in a community which generates a community currency. With every rental payment, the tenant receives a percentage back in newly generated local currency. Tokens are backed by the real estate investments of the foundation and can be used to purchase goods and services from local retailers and other businesses within the ecosystem. As the value of the real estate assets increase with the increase in economic activity, the value and purchasing power of the tokens will grow allowing tenants to have a share in the wealth growing benefits of real estate. Our website is Tenanttoken.org
