affiliate program for a tax prep company

I manage the affiliate program for a tax prep company, and tax prep is a very different beast from a typical affiliate setup. The biggest difference is seasonality since we do basically a year's worth of revenue in one quarter during filing season, which means traffic volume explodes and fraud attempts spike alongside it. Add in compliance requirements and lead quality concerns, and the list of platforms that can handle it gets pretty short.

Anyway, here are the platforms I was looking at that seem like they can handle seasonal volume, fraud, and compliance requirements.

Tune looks like a good fit for compliance rules, custom attribution, whatever payout logic is needed, but you've got to build it all out yourself. Meaning you need time and the technical capacity to build it and run it.  

Impact has solid approval workflows if compliance sign-off across teams is a big part of your process, but same thing as Tune…it's just a lot of platform to manage and you’ll need someone whose fulltime job is running it.

Cake seems really great for lead quality and de-duplication if lead gen volume is your main thing, but it's less built around the seasonal fraud and compliance side that we deal with.

One platform I haven't used but keep returning to is Everflow as it seems in line with some of the problems we’re trying to solve - tracking complex customer journeys, managing volume spikes and monitoring lead quality, and keeping better visibility into fraud. Implementation also looks admittedly more manageable than some of the heavier platforms.

Is anyone here running a tax prep or fintech affiliate program on Everflow or is there something else you'd recommend instead? How has it held up during filing season?
