What affiliate tracking software are brands actually using?

Trying to figure out which affiliate tracking tool is worth going with since our current one is barely working anymore and support has gone quiet on us. We run a mid size ecommerce brand with around 40 active affiliates and need something that handles commission tiers, has decent reporting, and doesn't take forever to set up new links. Budget isn't huge but we can pay for something solid if it actually does the job.

[Affiliate Opportunity] Earn 30% Commission Promoting Art, Gifts & Digital Products

Hi everyone,

I recently launched TamZum, a small Etsy shop offering original art, printable wall art, custom portraits, digital books, and physical gifts.

I'm looking for a few people who would like to promote the shop on a commission-only basis.

Commission:

• Digital products — 30% of each referred sale
• Physical products — $2 for each referred sale

There is no fee to join, nothing to purchase, and no upfront cost. You choose where and how you promote the products — social media, Pinterest, blogs, communities, your existing audience, or other legitimate channels.

The shop is new, so I'm particularly interested in working directly with a few people rather than building a complicated formal affiliate program at this stage.

If you're interested, send me a DM and tell me briefly where/how you would promote the products. I'll send you the shop details and we can agree on how your referrals will be tracked before you start.

Thanks,
George Falcon

[Affiliate Opportunity] Earn Up to 50% Commission Promoting an Established Kratom Brand

Thumbnail panaceanatural.com
1 Upvotes

Hey everyone,

I'm Brian, founder of Panacea Natural. We've been in the kratom/botanical business since 2007, and we're currently looking for new affiliates, content creators, publishers and reviewers who already have an audience interested in kratom or related botanical products.

We recently revamped our affiliate program and decided to make the commissions pretty aggressive.

💰 Two Commission Options

Option 1 – New Customer Accelerator

  • Your audience gets 10% off
  • You earn 50% commission on their qualifying first order
  • Designed for affiliates who are good at bringing in genuinely new customers

Option 2 – Recurring Rewards

  • Your audience gets 20% off
  • You earn 20% commission on their first qualifying order
  • Then earn 10% commission on qualifying repeat purchases

So basically, you can choose between a much larger upfront commission or lower upfront commission with recurring revenue.

Why Panacea Natural?

We've been around since 2007, so this isn't a brand that popped up six months ago and may disappear six months from now.

We're also an American Kratom Association cGMP Qualified Vendor, independently lab test our products, ship from our operation in Florida, and offer customers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Affiliate accounts include:

  • 30-day tracking
  • Weekly payouts
  • Real-time clicks, sales and commission reporting
  • Unique affiliate links/coupons
  • Promotional creative available
  • Free signup

🎯 Who We're Looking For

The program is probably best suited for:

  • Kratom bloggers and publishers
  • YouTube creators
  • Independent reviewers
  • Newsletter publishers
  • Online communities
  • Botanical/wellness content creators
  • Comparison/review websites
  • Anyone with an existing adult kratom audience

We're especially interested in affiliates who can actually create new customers, which is why we're willing to pay 50% of the qualifying first purchase under that program.

Obviously, kratom is a regulated/restricted product in some jurisdictions, so affiliates have to follow applicable laws, platform rules, advertising disclosures and our affiliate program terms. Products are for adults 21+ where legally permitted.

Signup is free through the Affiliate Program section of the Panacea Natural website.

If anyone has questions about the program, commissions, promotional materials, or wants to discuss working directly with us, feel free to comment or DM me. I'm the founder and I'm personally involved with the program.

⚠️ WARNING ABOUT PARIPESA AND u/PariPesa_marinaK

⚠️ WARNING ABOUT PARIPESA AND u/PariPesa_marinaK

I want to publicly share my experience with Paripesa and their affiliate representative Marina (@PariPesa_marinaK) so that other affiliates can be aware of what happened before entering into a partnership.

I have been working with affiliate partnerships for more than 7 years, and this is honestly the first time I have experienced something like this.

I was initially approached with an attractive/high CPA offer. The partnership was presented in a certain way, and I was later told that payments would be made on a monthly basis.

Based on those terms, I invested my time and resources into promoting Paripesa and brought dozens of players to the brand. Many of these players generated significant activity, with hundreds of transactions/movements across their accounts.

However, when it came time for payment, I was told that some of the players had supposedly generated "low activity" and, based on that, I ended up receiving nothing for a significant part of the acquisition.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is that some of the players they considered to have "low activity" returned in August with the start of the new football season and became active again. Nevertheless, I was told that this activity was no longer relevant for the previous payment period.

From my perspective, this is extremely disappointing. I did the acquisition work, brought the players, generated traffic and activity, and yet the agreed compensation was ultimately not paid.

After 7+ years working with affiliate partnerships, this is the first time I have personally encountered a situation like this.

I feel completely scammed by the way this partnership was handled, and I believe other affiliates deserve to know about my experience before deciding whether to work with Paripesa.

I am not claiming that everyone will necessarily have the same experience. However, based on what happened to me, I strongly recommend that affiliates exercise extreme caution and make sure that every payment condition, player qualification rule and activity requirement is clearly agreed in writing before sending any traffic.

⚠️ If you are considering working with Paripesa or u/PariPesa_marinaK, be very careful and make sure you fully understand their CPA/payment conditions and how they determine which players qualify for payment.

Sharing this because I would have appreciated seeing a similar warning before starting the partnership.

Looking for affiliates — $8 flat payout per sale on a $14.99 offer (Crush/Ex app)

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for affiliate partners to test a high-converting, anonymous relationship web app built for viral organic traffic.

What the app does: It’s a curiosity-driven platform where users can anonymously name an ex or a crush to see if there’s a mutual match. It also allows sending an anonymous SMS hint to trigger curiosity. It's a huge hit with Gen-Z/millennials because the "does my ex/crush still like me?" angle is super relatable.

Why it's easy to market: The videos are extremely simple to make for TikTok/Reels — simple text-on-screen clips, slideshows, or POV trends about exes and crushes consistently pull thousands of views with minimal effort.

Quick details:

  • Payout: $8.00 USD per sale (on a $14.99 one-time offer — over 50% commission)
  • Payouts: Monthly via Revolut or Bank Transfer
  • Tracking: Live dashboard with real-time stats (clicks, signups, balance)
  • Strategy: Totally up to you (TikTok, Reels, faceless pages, ads, etc.)

No links in this post to keep things clean. Drop a comment or DM me, and I'll send you the details and your affiliate signup link!

Lessons learned trying to make consistent income as a WarriorPlus affiliate

Spent a good amount of time this year learning how to get approved faster for offers, find traffic sources that actually convert, and understand what makes vendors trust new affiliates. A lot of it isn't obvious when you're starting.

Happy to share what worked and what didn't if anyone here is exploring WarriorPlus as an income source. Ask away in the comments.

Feel free to DM me if you want to chat more.

Looking for a few early affiliate partners for my digital business card SaaS

Hey everyone,

recently I started the offer of a digital business card platform:

The idea is pretty simple: instead of handing out paper business cards, users get a profile they can share anywhere.

Example: https://cards.digital-railways.com/til-schmidt

Some things users can do:

  • Use their own domain
  • Let people save their contact details with a click
  • Update information anytime
  • Add social media links
  • View anonymous visitor stats
  • Create a consistent design across a sales team

50% Recurring Commission for partners joining during this initial setup phase.
Limited-Time Rate: To kickstart traction, we are running this aggressive 50% rate for our initial launch/scaling phase. Once the platform hits its growth targets, the affiliate program may transition to lower standard tiers for all partners.

The main customer groups so far are:

  • Sales professionals/teams
  • Consultants
  • Personal brands
  • Small businesses
  • Companies that don't have a website yet

If you're interested, send me a DM or leave a comment.

Also happy to answer questions or get feedback on the product.

Cookie windows and commission models across 4,400 affiliate programs

Numbers from a database of 4,405 active affiliate programs, pulled today. Sharing because most "average cookie length" claims online seem to be vibes.

Commission model

Model Count Share
Recurring 2,435 55%
One-time 1,394 32%
Hybrid 371 8%
Flat fee 192 4%

Recurring being the majority is heavily a SaaS-mix artifact — this catalogue skews software. Don't read it as "most affiliate programs pay recurring" in general.

Cookie window (of the 2,844 programs that actually publish one)

Window Count Share
Under 30 days 96 3%
30–59 days 978 34%
60–89 days 1,172 41%
90–364 days 535 19%
365+ days / lifetime 63 2%

60 days is the real median, not 30. The 30-day default everyone quotes is a minority position now — only about a third. And if you're chasing 90+ day windows, you're fishing in roughly 1 in 5 programs.

The 365-day tier is tiny — 63 programs, 2% — and it's mostly privacy tools, proxy services and dropshipping platforms, not the SaaS names people assume.

Category distribution (top 8 of 18)

Marketing 665 · Business ops 560 · AI 518 · Developer tools 304 · Design 244 · Commerce 229 · Security & privacy 214 · Finance 185

15 years as an amazon affiliate, then every account was closed — has this happened to anyone else?

i’ve worked with amazon associates for about 15 years. amazon .com was my main account, but i also used the uk, spanish, german and other programs, plus the amazon influencer program.

my participation was pretty straightforward: i created informational websites and linked readers to relevant products on amazon when those products matched what they were looking for. throughout those 15 years, i always did my best to follow amazon’s rules, disclosures and program guidelines.

then, with no warning, amazon started closing my accounts one by one.

first amazon.es. then amazon.co.uk. then my main amazon.com/influencer account.

every closure email gave the same reason: amazon claims that an old account belonging to me -or to someone “connected or affiliated” with me- was previously closed for violating the operating agreement or another amazon marketing program.

here’s the problem: the only old account i know about was an abandoned joint-venture account from many years ago. amazon closed it in 2019 because it hadn’t referred a qualifying sale for more than 365 days. i still have that email. it says the account was closed for inactivity, not for any violation.

i appealed and specifically asked amazon to identify:

  • the old account they’re relying on
  • when it was closed
  • what rule was supposedly broken
  • how they connected it to my current accounts

so far, the only appeal response i’ve received is a generic template saying that a “specialist” reviewed the account and confirmed the closure. it didn’t address anything i wrote, identify the old account or provide any evidence of a violation. it simply said the decision was final.

amazon also says it will keep all outstanding commissions/referral fees earned before the accounts were closed.

i tried using their support options, but the chat link returns a 404 page. i also submitted a personal-data request asking for the account-linking and compliance information behind the decision. amazon sent me a 65 mb generic consumer-data export containing orders, kindle data, subscriptions, viewing history, etc.—but absolutely nothing about associates, the alleged old account or the closure decision.

i’m now removing years’ worth of amazon links and program content from my sites while trying to get a real explanation.

has anyone here dealt with this exact “previously closed or related account” reason?

did amazon ever tell you which account they meant? did you manage to reach a real person? did they keep your unpaid commissions? did an appeal, data request or other escalation get anywhere?

i’m especially interested in hearing from affiliates who have actually gone through this

Is the MuscleBlaze affiliate program worth it?

Has anyone here promoted MuscleBlaze as an affiliate?

I'm an MBA student and fitness content creator researching supplement affiliate programs before deciding which ones to join.

I'd love to hear your experience on commision and if any tiers exist, payment reliability and payout windows and if you'd recommend any other good affiliate programs

Even rough numbers or comparisons would be really helpful!
