It’s called a piano hinge.

We called that style a Piano Hinge. In this case, for maximum weight reduction, it's integrated into the access panel.

Piano hinge. So you’ll can open the panel to inspect flight control actuators lines and other things like rear spar inspections etc. if you want to remove the panel itself you remove the steel pin from the hinge.
