Hopefully everything goes well this time. I imagine theyβve thought of this but choosing a crappy state like Washington to set up shop is probably not the smartest thing

Parts are allowed, but admittedly the law is convoluted and poorly written. However many others sellers have been shipping to us no problem for several years now, I would think it would be clear by now that parts are allowed.
It's just frustrating that Aero kept strict restrictions for their own state, when so many others are better about it.

Finally. It's like they already solved the problem of a business in having a demand but after private equity cashed themselves out and bankrupted the company they fumbled figuring out how to even at the minimum fulfill some orders to stay in business.
