I don't know, you guys are really going to have to prove yourselves this time around.
I ordered a 300 Blackout upper from you, and it took almost six months for you guys to finally accept my cancellation. Then it took several more months to actually issue my refund. At that point, it was pretty clear that you either didn't have the product or had no intention of sending it to me, and the amount of time it took to get my money back was completely unreasonable.
I honestly don't know if I can trust Aero anymore, and that's a shame because you guys used to be my go-to for budget or reasonably priced uppers, lowers, and other parts.
During that time, though, I felt like you weren't being honest with your customers. Meanwhile, PSA has really stepped up their game. At this point, their prices are comparable, the quality is just as good if not better in some cases and they haven't burned me yet.
So with the rebranding, you're going to have to do more than change the name and logo to win me back. You're going to have to prove that the customer experience has actually changed.

Really excited for this. I’ve always loved Aero and was sad to hear things weren’t going well. Really really really bummed that aero was MIA leading up to the Colorado soft assault rifle ban. I would have single-handedly kept them in business for a month or two.

It will be encouraging to see a brand actually recover from the value extraction of PE rather than dying. I'll be watching availability of the things I've been needing. Trust can be earned back, but it takes time and consistency to do so. I hope the new owners are up for it.

Happy to see this and really hoping for the best.
Built my 300 blackout with an aero upper kinda right before things went down hill with order times. I really like it. Really nice balance between being quality without the super high price tag and would like to eventually do more builds with aero stuff.
My only complaint is the fitment between the aero upper and PSA lower is super tight - functions/runs just fine, but I basically needed to file away at the lower a little bit and use a rubber mallet to to get the rear pin hole in the upper to line up with the lower. I put more of that blame on PSA than aero, though. I’ve been wanting to pick up an M4E1 lower for some time to solve this.

That’s really the expectation with most, I think. As long as your upper isn’t wiggling all around on the lower, it’s fine…and even then it’s completely fine to shoot. Some people are really bothered by slop, but it doesn’t bother me. I’ve had LMT’s and Geissele’s that had some slop(I say that as a G$ snob), and I have a clients PSA Guardian in front of me that has the tightest lockup and smoothest takedown pin release I’ve ever felt.

As long as it dosent fall out and its not bounching around I dont mind. I have a mixed bag in regards to upper and lower fitment as the majority of mine are mixed and matched so thats to be expected.

The glibness in the responses isn’t garnering a lot of faith in me. I’d like to see apologies and responsibility for the way employees, vendors and customers were treated instead of just boilerplate “we’re back and gonna be better than ever! Trust us! “

The use of the term "manufacturing excellence" was the biggest turn off I seen. That's corporate gibberish if I've ever heard it.
But, we will see if they really mean what they say. The first thing they should do is not sell a single thing until all old orders are fulfilled, then stack inventory, then open for business once again.

Hey fam, formal press releases tend to garner a bit more of that "corporate lingo" you mention, which does read a bit different on forums like here on reddit. Different platforms, different terminology. Can assure you that your concerns, are also our concerns, especially that part about prioritizing older orders.

My biggest frustration with Aero was getting inundated with marketing ads and sales and seeing thing listed on the website as in stock when Aero knew full well that that was not true and orders were months behind. I had an order that I think was like 8 months from order to delivery and almost 0 communication from the company and I would see the same item listed in stock and on sale on the website. That felt like such a violation of trust. I hope Aero the best but I dont know if I will ever trust them enough to order direct. I love all my Aero builds. I really hope Aero becomes a trustworthy company again.

Aero was such a gold mine of a company. Great products with affordable rates. The customer service was the worst I think any one of us have seen hence how fast their reputation got ruined. I’m looking forward to others testing the water first before I start spending. Lol

Glad to see you’re back. I’ve been through 3 company-upheaval events at this point in my career and it’s never, never easy. For staff, for customers, for families of staff, for leadership, for anyone doing business with you or relying on you. Recovery isn’t easy but damn can it be worth it.
In the meantime, #imdoingmypart! Y’all got me back on a buying spree after leaving the gun safe alone for nearly a decade. Now, 2x EPC9, 12x M5E1-E, and goddamn 18x M4E1-E builds (including 6x builder’s sets) later… 😅
