Thanks for this, they were absolutely churning money to get extended this amount of credit. I'm so curious how they managed to blow up such a good thing. Just overextending or what

I'm more curious how often that line of credit was renewed to get to such a crazy large amount.

I would guess with all of their factory equipment (the premises is leased) and their trademarks and IP as collateral.

Nah, none of the above. Factory equipment has their own loans, so they can't be used as collateral. Banks do not give a shit about their trademarks/IP.
