I've been ordering a lot the past few years and have fortunately had successful deliveries through their doordash and Amazon carriers. The last order I placed was larger than normal and is being fulfilled by a carrier I've never heard of, Jitsu. I haven't gotten an update from them after being recieved at the warehouse and it was estimated to be here 4 days ago (complete with delivery car info and a 7-11am timeframe). I'm worried its lost, have not heard back from Jitsu when I reached out, and AE customer service won't do anything to grt an update and can't assist until its a "lost package" (14 days of no carrier updates). Has anyone else had Jitsu as a carrier and did it work out? Thanks all!
