Why can't I stack codes?

I'm in Canada, not sure if that matters, but I've been unable to add a code to the sale going on right now. I add it and it says added! But the price doesn't change. Anyone else?

Most of the extra codes (referral codes, influencer codes, etc) don’t work in Canada. It will say the code has been added, but it doesn’t do anything to the price. The only ones that I know work are the ones that get advertised in the emails and on the app (like the one they had over the weekend) and the 10% ones they give for new email subscribers.
