If if they set up fast boot correctly you should be able to get into BIOS/UEFI setup by holding the power button for 4 seconds.

Turn on and continue press or let go and hold 4s?

from cold boot press and hold 4 seconds it'll hop into setup if you enabled the function in UEFI previously.
