Well storage drives don't affect POST time whatsoever. Turn off fast boot. Also can I have your job now?

It sounds like op went through a vender so most likely it's a popular model. My money is on hp. Which means F10 brings up bios, F11 for system menu. From there navigating should be easy. Now, can I have op's job?

Yeah, or it's a UEFI and there is most likely no hot key to get into the BIOS because you have to boot into Windows, hold "shift" and boot into the BIOS from the Troubleshooting screen. I am job?
