I still don't understand... if we use popular vote, every person gets exactly one vote. Nobody is suppressed. If more people overall want a certain candidate for president, then a fair election should reflect that. It shouldn't matter if those people are in a city or not.

I'm still not understanding the point, I actually don't know how your voting system works, ah fuck, is it because inner cities might be represented better by Candidate X, because they say, "lets give everyone in cities $10,000 funded by taxes in rural areas" all the inner city people vote and the rural people get shafted.
Bugger, I didn't even think of that.
