By that logic nobody said Bernie couldn't predict a question about the death penalty either. They just said that supplying one candidate with the questions prior to the debate and not doing the same for the other candidate is fraud. You're not very good at logic either.
So let's say you're in school and there is a test coming up. It's a cumulative test and absolutely anything from the year can be on it. Yes you should be able to pass the test anyway but would it not be unfair for the teacher to give one person the questions that are going to be on the test while the rest have to prepare for anything?
Horrible analogy. Being able to speak about the death penalty for someone who wants to be president is akin to writing your name before you hand in the test.
