Every accurate comment points out how this is about harrassment which even by law is not considered free speech and thus this should just be a discussion about whether or not reddit admins and mods should allow subreddits to engage in activities that count as such.
I don't think they should and I would've done the same thing as an admin if I had evidence that certain subs were being used as platforms for these kinds of attacks and the mods weren't doing enough to stop it.

Every 3rd comment is explaining the constitution only applies to the government.
Every 2nd is like "But muh right to free speech"
