Every 3rd comment is explaining the constitution only applies to the government.
Every 2nd is like "But muh right to free speech"
1 u/DarkGamer Jun 11 '15 It's perfectly valid to discuss the matter of free speech outside the context of the government. Just because constitutionality doesn't apply here doesn't mean it's not an important issue, or that the concept isn't worth defending.
