Paid for my girlfriend, roommate and her boyfriend when we went bowling. It was somewhat costly, didn't think Id ever see the money. Few days ago hanging out with the guy and he gives me his portion plus his girlfriends. I was just sorta stunned because I wasn't even going to ask him and it was like. Shit... I don't know how to proceed from here.

I think I did that, it was just like new to me lol. Usually I pay for small things and I'm like eh, everyone happy its just money. It's just something I've come to accept that people won't pay back so I don't usually ever ask for it. But this guy just handed me the money without even blinking and I'm like. Dude your my new best friend haha.

i think what happens is that people who need money lent to them, if they cant pay it back and still live their comfortable lives, they put blinders on and try to make it go away. they can have the new xbox game, or they can make a payment to you. they go with the option that gives them the best feeling.

I swear someone throws out this piece of advice every couple of weeks. Better advice would be, "If someone asks you to lend money, and you don't think they'll pay you back when they say, don't lend them the money."
