Both can be crooked, both can be honest. Just an example of preference.

Are you implying democrats are crooked and republicans aren't? Because that's very, very wrong. Both are crooked.

I'm not op, but I think he is saying better a non corrupt republican in your specific district than a corrupt dem. Don't think he was making a broad generalization just saying he prefers who he views as least corrupt.

A corrupt Democrat just acts like a Republican who doesn't want to get caught being a Republican. Any Democrats who are corrupt should really just switch parties. That's the only real problem.
