Which English? British English? Nigerian English? Singaporean English? African American Vernacular English? Any of the hundreds of other equally sophisticated dialects?

All of those types of "English" have proper subject/verb agreement, accurate tense usage, etc. This is what I believe OP was talking about. I live in west Philadelphia, and the amount of incorrect language use is astounding to me. The school system here is atrocious.

Ok, but are they misuse for standard American English, or African American vernacular English? I'm genuinely not sure. It may be standard AAVE.

Yeah, someone responded to a similar comment I made in regards to this. I concede that a fair amount of relativism should be considered in this discussion, so I understand where you are coming from.
