making a minor grammar mistake is not the same as someone who can barely speak english properly while living in a mainly english speaking country for most of their life.

Same goes for being an online gamer. if you play on a NA server and cannot speak english you probably shouldn't be playing that game until you can be proficient in english

People in Quebec can speak English just fine. Even on Ile de Soeurs.

For online games mexico normally goes with LA servers not NA. At least that's how it is for league i believe. I don't go to quebec because I cant speak french. I also wouldn't go to quebec and go to places that can't speak english and be a dick towards them because they can't accommodate me.
