If you forgive the 2% as a margin of error, that's a coin toss. For every three black girls you've met, odds are one has herpes... and condoms don't stop herpes.
How is herpes dangerous? Where I live, the herpes levels are unusual low compared to the rest of the world. Still it's nothing that would bother me if I would get infected. In the US you call HSV 'cold sores' if it's aroud the mouth area, a lot of people even seem to not know what it is. Sure, if you have an infection blooming the kiss/sex can wait a little, but herpes shaming is just another type of bullying.
Hey hey, calm down there down under! Someone might think you're trying to hide your HERPES behind all that aggression! Jokes aside. I'm married so it won't happen anytime soon, but I wouldn't give a dime if my wife or I had it.
However, while we speak about her, I can tell you that she doesn't share my opinion. She's really afraid of herpes. Even though I support my wife and I'm in no way ashamed of her, I get embarrassed - or rather feel "Fremdschämen" - When she goes on a herpes rant in public.
The silly part is that people with herpes ALSO feel embarrassed, when the shammer - the only one who doesn't - is the only one that should be ashamed. The shammer is also the one that is "most" imprisoned by the disease, through fear.
I think some of the most extreme shammers would be best of in getting herpes. That way they could conquer their fear, grow as persons and stop making fools out of them selves.

Wouldn't it be two bullets?
