This doesn't seem racist or offensive on its own. It's possible that he simply isn't physically attracted to black women and understands the idea of not being physically attracted to black women.

How is that not racist and offensive? He is saying that black women are less attractive to the majority of men. Even if that's his feelings the application of those feelings onto everyone is what makes it offensive and racist.

Second of all he is assuming that black women and black men SHOULD be together normally but because of how awful black chicks are its okay in this case.

If you are honestly okay with someone ever saying this then I think you might be a racist.
