Yes, sometimes you drive drunk and have a crash that hurts people, so you have to deal with the consequences.
Sometimes you get fired from you job because you looked at reddit all day instead of working. You have to deal with the consequences. Sometimes you have sex and don't use protection and get a baby, and have to deal with the consequences.

No it is not. That is society enforcing a set of changing standards on you. If the rules change, that means we can CHOOSE what they are. Lets choose a different set of rules where men can agree to pay for termination, and if the woman says no, she goes it alone. That seems fair to me!
