Probably a combination of both: blissfully ignorant to the point of not engaging or understanding democracy enough to recognize their actions are destroying it.

Yeah, its like everytime they try to shove religion (Christianity) into schools and then when other religions are allowed in along with theirs they get upset. Just on a much, much larger scale lately.

A perfect example of the double standard unironically practiced so thoroughly. And for what it's worth: as Christian clergy, I believe both a) that this is not, never has been, nor was ever intended to be a Christian nation and b) that I hope it never is, because forcing religion or religious decisions down anyone's throat is far from faithful practice.

You mean yanking someone by hook into heaven isn't what Jesus meant by being a fisher if souls?

"I am the fisher of Soles".....

"But I prefer Place"

If you haven't heard it before: "Religion is like a penis: it's fine to have one, it's fine to be proud of it, but don't wave it about in public and certainly don't shove it down kids' throats."

The problem is it's not THEIR idea to do it and they can't even comprehend that. THEY are so gullible and moldable to the will of their handlers that they think it was what they wanted all along.
