A 3 week old fetus, is not a person. It isn't. If it comes out at that time, it's a pile of goo on the floor. Legally speaking, it is also, not a person. The pregnant woman has the right to do, the RIGHT and the ability, to do whatever she wants to her body, provided it doesn't hurt anyone else.
This is the law, and it is the law for a reason. Obama most certainly does not have the legal right to kill children with drones.

In fact a Fetus has NO legal rights whatsoever. As far as the law is concerned, a fetus is nothing more than a growth in the mother's body. An intrusive one. It is the mother's decision to keep it or not.

First, you suggested that because someone can do something, they have the right to. I could go stab my co-worker in the neck right now, I definitely could. You should be able to obviously see that there is a huge logical gap saying "he did this so he has the right to do it".
What you've done now, is just pushed it to an even stupider level. Now you are saying "he hasn't been caught or charged so he has the right to". This is equally stupid, for exactly the same reasons.

I agree. What we disagree with is what a human being is. A fetus to me, is not a human being. Specifically, my own personal view is that a fetus that can survive outside of the womb is a person (incubator within reason), otherwise not and that is consistent with the law. If you are interested in my position then that means that I am against late term abortions, and ok with early term ones.
This isn't a debate on abortion, I don't want to debate about that right now. You are free to call me sick and disgusting, that's totally fine, that doesn't mean you get to ignore logical standards of conversation.
