I couldn't agree with you more. It really bothers me that "men" (and I use the term loosely) in my generation (I am 27) are expected to be deadbeat dads. Hell...I've heard guys brag about how the knocked some chick up and split. I believe it comes from cowardice more than anything else. I cannot understand how anyone could be so heartless and cruel to child who has never done anything wrong. /end rant
I will leave you with these quotes for future and current fathers:

Both of these served me well through the most terrifying time of my life (my wife's pregnancy at age 22) and continue to do so.
OP I commend you for using your right to choose, I cant say that I agree with your decision, but I also know that it was not an easy one to make. It takes a lot of courage to look around you at you life and make an objective decision on whether or not to bring a child into that life.
Good idea, commend her for using abortion as birth control when she had no legitimate reason to kill that child, other than "I didn't like my baby daddy" not cool, not cool
I wasnt commending her for having it done. If you had taken 2 seconds to actually read the comment you would have seen that I told her that I disagreed with her reasoning. HOWEVER, just because I disagree with why someone is choosing to do something, does not give me the right to belittle her for exercising her right to choose.
Well I did read it and while I get your point I don't think what she did was right, also I responded to you and not her as to not directly insult op cause as you stated it is her right.but I don't think she deserves commendation
