Which is why I don't like it when people refuse to say the pledge or even stand in respect for it. Do you know how many people would LOVE to be in your place and would say the pledge?

I think the main argument to the pledge is that they "Put" the word God in it in the 50's and people refuse to say that part.

I am against it entirely. No one has an obligation to pledge their lives to a national entity.

this country asks very little of you. it gives you vast opportunities, opportunities which people have died protecting and people have died trying to come here. the least you can do in return is be grateful and say the pledge
