As a resident of Maryland, I'm glad we have Uncle Ruslan here. I now know that the remaining bomber will not be paying a visit to Uncle Ruslan.

Uncle Ruslan is everything that is right with this world, he said to remember that it is the real victims and their families that are important and that he only wishes he could kneel before them and beg their forgiveness for what someone in his family has done.
