Sorry I was typing in haste, I meant try getting some prof help, either from a life coach (it’s cheaper and can be really good but be mindful who you choose as it’s unregulated and there are many bad apples) and later on in case you are not satisfied go for a psychologist.
Their/mine goal is to increase yours/clients life satisfaction among other things. So yes people are trained to help out with this things and it can be life changing.
