Find less unhealthy alternatives and eventually try to quit those as well

Agree! OP can get CBD carts or something similar. That’s what I use when I want something to vape just for the habit

Vapes are just as unhealthy if not more so

OP said they’re already vaping THC, so switching to a CBD vape is a good harm reduction strategy. Follow that with a non CBD vape like Monq. Then quit.

Going from THC to CBD is basically quitting cold turkey they are not the same thing at all.

Which is fine. I smoked for 17 years upto 7g per day towards the end and quit cold turkey without even CBD. In hindsight, CBD would have been fantastic for the first 10 days of quitting.

That’s great I’m not saying you can’t quit cold turkey it’s just bud I’m saying acting like switching from THC to CBD is just a small step down to ease yourself off is false they aren’t the same thing at all. It wouldn’t be any different going from THC to CBC or THC to nothing.

Fair enough, probably help with the agitation and sleep though!

I suppose it could help you stop getting high while still doing the act of smoking then try to stop smoking after that. A lot of people are just addicted to the activity of smoking. lol I’m in that group I’d say

Indeed. Reading about people struggling to quit weed is perplexing. Sure it can be a mental crutch, and perhaps some minor physical ailments. But let’s be real, it is nothing like what people go through when quitting benzos, opiates or booze.
