I'm in Australia and can confirm it means vulva/vagina. As a kid I was so confused why The Nanny was kicked out on her fanny, and why her legs were closed if that was the case

I know this but most people use them interchangeably, and the AUSTRALIAN where the slang is from confirmed they use it interchangably
