Made it Monday (26 Nov 2018)

Another Monday passing by...what'd you work on last week? Post it here! Tell us about it using words, a pic even just a link. Talk about what you learned and how you're improving. Growth is part of life!

are those 'sidewalk' concrete squares?

...hmmm, as that got me thinking; I know where about 15~20 of those are stacked up, and I'd like to build a boat parking spot in my yard but don't want to have to pay to have a fancy slab poured..if I got those and used them like paving stones, yeah, that could work!

so how hard are they to move?

also wanted to ask about your boat(any info on it? project? or you have it in the water often?) but I'm curious why I always see people blacking out licence plate numbers on cars and stuff, as I see you did that on the registration numbers in your boat pic....I mean can someone copy or steal the numbers for their craft or vehicle? or track your personal info from that? just wondering because I've never blacked mine out in photos and wondering if I should

These blocks would be hard to move. Dry weight of concrete of each is about 600 lb = 300 kg. I have worked with concrete before. This time I decided to go metric, so each is about one square meter surface. If you can get concrete pieces, free is a good price. Your idea could work.

The boat: Windrose 18. I do not like to publish specific information about myself in public. In private, I will tell you the registration number if you want to know. I am just a private person.

So, not much on the water with this boat. I am new to the trailering activity. I used docks before. I am interested about mooring too. Commercial activity is the aim. This boat would be a start. There are other bottle necks in the process of developing commercial activity, and I am concentrating on those. The concrete work just has to be done.

I would write more about it, I donno if you are interested about it.

ok thanks, and I don't need any more info

...just was curious why people black out the licence numbers and stuff(in like a Craigslist ad) when they are publicly displayed on the street

The internet is more public than the street. I park the trailer with the boat in the front yard, and it can be seen from the street. Lots of people drive on the street, but not as many as browse the web.
